This is a concentrated gel colour - you add small amounts to icing to create the exact colour you need.

The gel does not change the consistency of the icing so your stiff icing stays stiff!

Note: Large amounts of Black may affect icing taste so start with chocolate icing to limit the amount of colour needed.
